HEAD COACH, KATE LUNDSTEN, ELECTED TO USA SWIMMING BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Aquajets Swim Team is thrilled to announce that Head Coach Kate Lundsten, has been elected to the USA Swimming Board of Directors. Coach Kate will serve a four-year term and was elected alongside Jack Bauerle, Billy Doughty, and Brett Lang.
Coach Kate has led Aquajets since 2004 and has been an influential leader in the sport for many years. She has served on multiple U.S. National Team staffs in addition to coaching ten Aquajets swimmers to National Team and National Junior Team rosters. Under her guidance, two Aquajets have also competed in the Olympic Games.
Under Coach Kate's leadership, Aquajets has been awarded Gold or Silver Medal team status more than a dozen times as part of the USA Swimming Club Excellence program.
